What MP3 database/manager do you use if any
Other than the rather crude ML in winamp what mp3 managers does everyone use, or if you don't use one why not. Personally I use Helium 2, I haven't seen anything else that even comes close to it in terms of features and versatility.

I call it "NTFS".

The media library is great in my opinion. It does have some problems with ID tags sometimes, and picks the same song up twice. But it's fine for me.
And when I'm using fb2k, I use albumlist. |

Are you telling ME to search before posting. First of all I am aware of, and have used, most every MP3 Manager out there at one time or another, so I don't need to search. Second, I wasn't asking for advice, I was simply curious what people are using. Perhaps a search would do yourself some good, considering you are using the easiest of all mp3 managers to find (It has most downloads on download.com), however it is also severely limited in it functionality and versatility. I deleted it after about 10 minutes on my hard drive. Mediamonkey compared to helium 2 is like Microsoft Paint vs. Photoshop. Fine if it's all you need but eventually everyone needs more.

Please don't overreact. "Search before you post" is part of the Winamp Forums vocabulary, just like OMG, LOL, WTF, stfu n00b, etc. They're mostly harmless.

MediaMonkey has more then enough features for me, and new features can always be added because it supports Winamp 2.0 plugins. That, and I actually found it from word of mouth. Thanks so much for protecting us from another thread about MP3 managers. Maybe if we did not have these 10 posts on MP3 managers, we could get another 1600 posts on the "what do you do" thread is that the logic? I have a feeling if it was a thread you liked I wouldn't have heard anything about doing searches. Like the "what kind of music do you like" thread that you recently posted to. Boy now there is an original topic and oh so useful too. Then you top it off by calling ME psychotic. I'm Not psychotic, it's just that one of my pet peeves is hypocrites who act righteous when it suits them. And do you know what makes your comment about searching even more useless. It's the fact that I actually did do a search before I posted, but got so many irrelevant results that I figured screw it. And yes I know I could have focused my search but I have been spoiled by google.
Oh well, another righteous hypocrite to ignore... |

I wander into a small back country bar and find three Half witted genetic mutants blurting out 3 word sentences, and then congratulating each other on their accomplishment. I am taken aback for a moment, wondering how they could find such joy in things that most of us take for granted, and then it hits me. In their isolated little world, filled with others like them, and some even less fortunate than themselves, it IS a victory. In some small way they are trying. Trying to break the bonds of genetic retardation that not only binds them together, but hold them down as well. I turn and walk out with a sense of cautious optimism coursing through my veins, while at the same time knowing, that their struggles are simply tears in a vast ocean.

Your implication there is that you're a half-witted genetic mutant. Or did you not notice that?

Abarabusto: Oh, you're just insane, and telling a random story. I thought you understood the concept of an analogy, and were trying to use the story as one, silly me, assuming you are actually somewhat intelligent.

Abarabusto: A good debater can win an argument even if he isn't right. Unfortunately, you have neither advantage on your side.
It would be best for you to give up now. Freedom of speech is the basic freedom of humanity. I find your ability to speak using only a single, narrow definition of each word astonishing! Let's review:
I say that you are implying you are a "half witted genetic mutant". You disagree. If you wish, we can call this an "argument" to fit your simplistic mind. I find it interesting that you seem to find it difficult (or perhaps intolerable?) to remember six characters. Indeed, to even copy six characters which are all right in front of you. And even with this, you are somehow able to form mostly coherent sentences. How curious. It appears you are an idiot savant, but of a mentally inferior species. Tell us, Abarabusto, what is your species? Freedom of speech is the basic freedom of humanity. When you've lost that, you've lost everything. 1\/\/4y 34|<$p4y 1gp4y 33714y, 0d4y 0uy4y? | Roses are #FF0000; Violets are #0000FF; chown -R ${YOU} ~/base The DMCA. There you go again. Actually, "debate" and "argue" are synonyms. "Disagree" has a very distinict meaning. There's a nice book I'd like you to pick up, it's ISBN is 0877798095.
As for the second issue, you're simply lazy? That's even worse, as you can't seem to remember even two characters. Of course, you're probably still confused. It's ok, though, because I'm forgiving towards morons. Upon leaving the bar, the pressure in my bowels made me realize immediately that I had forgotten to do what I had intended to do. The scene inside the bar had been so disturbing, that shock had completely replaced any biological urges I was having at the time. I turned and re-entered the bar and to my complete astonishment another disfigured creature had joined the other three. He was feebly trying to utter a sentence, but could only summon a dribble of spit, which ran down his chin, and dripped onto his filthy sleevelss t-shirt. He tried once more, and was able to make a sound, but even his comapanions were not impressed and they just stood there in silent contemplation.
