Read from NDE DB (IDX/Dat)

I've searched around all day for a way to read the NDE database files. I'd like to do it in a somewhat similar fashion as you would a CSV file. Can anyone provide some help or code to help me accomplish this?

NDE Databases are not like Comma Separated Values. They are more complex.

The full Nullsoft Database Engine (I guess you know this since you know the name of the engine or is it a lucky guess?) specification is here:

Its pretty hard to understand. I've been trying to make a parser for it, but without luck.

Well. Then I can't help. Look for somebody else.
I'm not that into parser coding.

Has anyone some code that demonstrates how this nde-0.1.1 library works?
I hate reinventing the wheel..

Thanks!
