Listen link not working

when trying to link to the following listening I get an error (error message in the attachment). Link was provided in my ShoutCAst/RadioManager/Settings/Activation. How do I get this link to work?

Are you streaming to a Shoutcast hosted DNAS or one you are hosting yourself/elsewhere?

What error are you receiving?
