Full Screen Video Volume via Keyboard

Hi guys.

I use my multimedia keyboard's volume keys to adjust the volume of Windows (Win7 x64). (It does not change the volume of Winamp. Winamp MultiMedia Keyboard Support is disabled so Winamp is always maximised.)

This works fine unless I'm watching Winamp video in Fullscreen mode. Then Windows won't respond to the volume buttons. This doesn't happen with other players eg VLC. So if I want to turn the volume up I have to exit fullscreen mode then adjust the system volume then re-enter fullscreen mode. Very annoying.

I hope this can be fixed. Thanx for looking.

Disable the locking of files like WMP does.
Cascading, iconed context menu.
