Anyway to update tags of all files?

Just moved my music from my old PC to my new PC.
Loaded a playlist fron the files transferred and found that the japanese has become unreadable.
Some of the japanese mp3 tags become unreadable too.

I loaded a backup of my media library and things become better, most of the japanese returned to readable form.

I noticed that for some files "View info" in playlist shows rubbish while in ML "Edit selected" shows readable but "View info" in ML shows rubbish too.

Is there anyway to update the tags of all my mp3s in one go?

Ok I solved it by changing the language for non-unicode programs.
