How to disable portable device in 5.2?

Only since 5.2, now every time winamp starts, it throws up a dialog to disable PDAnet because it's inerfering with winamp access to the portable device, hot OK to try again or hit cancel to continue.

I do not want to disable PDAnet, and I do not want winamp to try to access my treo650 (or, it's fine if it tries, and fine if it succeeds sometimes, if it failed silently)

Is there a way to diable winamp from trying to access the pda? Or to make it fail quietly?

You can disable support by renaming pmp_p4s.dll (Winamp\Plugins dir) to eg. pmp_p4s.dll.off
