Can't update to Winamp Pro because payment is not accepted

I have tried numberous times to update to Winamp Pro, but can't seem to do so because the payment always fails. I've tried several different credit cards as well as PayPal, but nothing works. I've tried off and on for nearly a year and have just about decided to give up and look for a new program. I like to rip files from CDs I own and I also like to burn CDs so I want the upgraded features. I have tried on 4 different computers. Some have been outside of the USA but I did try a few times on my desktop in the USA and on my laptop (which travels with me both in and outside the USA) from several locations.

Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

I buy lots of things online and have never had a continuing problem like this.

I've found your order in the Winamp Pro orders database.
It was marked as "Risk", so I've just put forward a request to allow/complete the order,
and the status is now marked as "In Review".

Please keep me informed of any progress.
