Need help with the eq

I recently got winamp and messed around with the eq sliders. I want to try using the same eq preset on a different software, but i dont know the exact values of the eq i used. Is there a way to see the exact db changes of the eq?

If you're on windows 10, there is a file that contains your saved configuration, you can find it at the following location (replace [Username] by your username without brackets):

code:
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Winamp\winamp.ini

the line you want is:
code:
eq_data=31,31,31,31,31,31,31,31,31,31

The values go from 0 to 63, 0 being the max value, 63 the lowest value of the eq.

cheers.

The eq in the modern skin Quinto Black Ct (https://winaero.com/download-quinto-...a-winamp-skin/) shows the db values being used when the eq is turned on.

If you're using a 32-bit Windows OS read this post (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=456741) for important installation information.
