Feature to broadcast music easily from Master Winamp to multiple Slave Winamp on the same network.

This feature would make Winamp again the top music player.

Winamp has almost everything already to achive this.
The easiest way is based on time sync(NTP).

this can be done already

use on the main computer that has a winamp player use shoutcast DPS and DNAS and setup a private stream.
On other winamp players you simply open http:// internal IP adres and : port and you can listen on every computer that has a player to the music from the main computer.

the problem is the music doesn't stay synced, so in one room its ahead or behind, etc.

i used logitech media server to solve that for a while, but its basically dead and frankly pretty soon other options will allow good syncing, like maybe airplay, etc.
