The file you requested could not be found ...

Greets all, I'm having a little issue with my configuration. I am using Mixxx as my main DAW along with a few other components connected through JACK. The issue that I am having is that the link given for the station sends me to a page that says " The file you requested could not be found ". The only Shoutcast config available in Mixx is Shoutcast1 so I entered the server, port, and password format password:#StreamId . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

what is the link given for the station?
where did you get the link from?
what version is the DNAS?
if V2 DNAS, whats the stream id?
does Mixx connect successfully?
what do jack and mixx log files have to say?
