Winamp for IoT
We all know that nowadays IoT became more popular, so the essential media playback components can be developed for lightweight devices to increase the usability of winamp.

Lite version is just winamp stripped of excessive plugins, but it's still a win32 program. Given that most IoT is linux-based, i'm sure there's players that can fill the role, but then again, IoT is a very broad statement... I don't think we need winamp in lightbulbs

using the term IoT I meant mini computers like raspberry pi and other microcontrollers and not light bulbs.

The light version is meant for windows and it is inappropriate for lightweight devices which is working on small batteries. What I mean is that the essential audio playback components can be developed as a library and the IoT developer can import it to his program and by using simplified methods he can play a specific file.and the library may include methods for controlling the playback.

You'd need a Winamp version that's a) lightweight enough and b) able to run on linux without wine, neither of which are going to happen. And even if it did, it most likely wouldn't be any better than the existing audio players for raspberry pi & co.
