Stream not going through to Shoutcast

Hello,
I have set up an audio stream using WinAmp with the Shoutcast plugin. I was able to connect successfully and stream with no issues for about 30 mins. Then the stream stopped. The plugin still connects just fine and is still sending data (see screenshot), but the RMO doesn't update the tracks and i can't listen to the stream.
