Displaying Stats (recently played etc) on my site embeded

Hi.

My station is working fine, but I want people to be able to be able to see, NOW PLAYING and RECENTLY PLAYED on the same page, embeded into my site so everything matches, instead of them going to the "Shoutcast" site (which it makes on ur ip address e.g. 111.111.111.111:8000) So it looks alot nicer.

If you can tell me how to do this i'd be grateful thanks.
(Sorry if this has been answered before, couldnt find it)
Cheers
Stu

Check out the SHOUTcast Technical Support Sticky post titled...
SHOUTcast: Important Info & Answers to FAQs. READ ME!

Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled...
General SHOUTcast Information -> SHOUTcast ToolBox (All sorts of nifty add-ons for SHOUTcast)

1. The PHP based XML parser is a complete solution and comes ready for you to customize.

2. The Javascript parser (actually ASP) is another complete solution and comes ready for you to customize.
Note: Apparently this link isn't working anymore.
Try this thread for other ASP options.

Also, for an html implementation, check out:
KXRM's RadioToolbox
Oddsock's Do Something DSP plugin

Struggling

I'm really stuggling with this. My webserver (freewebs) doesn't allow ASP or php - is there no other simpler way i could do it?

thanks for any help

(PS I tried the links given above)

I'm not the best on all this ASP and PHP. Simple Javascripts n copy 'n' pasting is more my style lol. THanks for any help.

You can get a static Ip by going to no-ip.com, then go to http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....threadid=82943 and scroll down until you get to Spyamp. It's a plugin for winamp that will even allow users to download the current song if you set the permissions. I'm currently using it myself at http://pcradionetwork.no-ip.com:8002/

STILL STRUGGLING! lol

Hi again.

I basically want to do what this person has done (www.habboradio.net). Using HTML. As you can see, they have the listeners, recent songs and whether the radio is online/offline - and its all intergrated in their site. How can I do this on a FREEWEBS account? All these programs confuse me and make html pages look ugly.

For a fully customized page, I suggest RadioToolBox.
