Playing Songs and Seeing My Station

When I connect through winamp prefrences it connects for about 30 seconds then disconnects then reconnects and it continues doing this, does anyone know why? Another problem is that I know when my station is connected I dont see it in the radio station directory, The make this station public is checked, does anyone know why these problems are occuring. Thank You

post the log please

make sure the encoders are set.
