Winamp slow when resizing with Milkdrop

Don't know if its just on my system but when I resize Winamp with Milkdrop opened the whole UI freezes for a second and wait until MD is finished calculating. A second isn't that much but when you're moving the frame slider in Bento for example (SUI and Playlist splitter) it takes a second for each step the slider moves.

The setting that is the culprit here after a few test is the Pixel Shaders one. If I set it disabled resizing is smooth. The default is Auto (in my case v3).

Is it possible for this to get fixed? Would like the shader model on since it looks way better

Specs:
Winamp 5.63, AMD Athlon x2 6000+, ATI Raderon HD5570, Win7 x64

EDIT:
When the "Integrate with Winamp Skin" option is deselected and you resize the window Milkdrop blacks out and the resize is smooth. Can this me done for the integrated one too?

ClassicPro© v2.01 : This plugin allows you to use cPro skins in Winamp. ClassicPro skins are all SUI skins and loads very quickly. ClassicPro skins is even easier to skin than Winamp Classic skins. A new layout have been added since version 2.
